FISA is a machinery manufacturer specializing in ultrasonic die cleaning machines. Our process developed 40 years ago can remove soldering, lubricant build-up, oxides, rust, and also clean cooling channels without labor and without damaging the dies. Our customers used their machine in the toolroom for their die base, blocks, inserts, cores, pins.... No more hand polishing, grinding, sand blasting, time consuming operations. We provide a turnkey solution that includes the machine based on our unique Magnetostrictive ultrasound technology and water-based detergents. We offer free validation cleaning trials in our application center located in the western suburbs of Chicago.
