Socitec US provides Vibro/Dynamics mounting systems as a proven way to quickly and easily install and level die cast machines without anchoring to the floor or welding to I-beams. The precise leveling and alignment combined with a unique design that absorbs horizontal forces leads to reduced machine stress, less frame distortion and reduced wear and tear on machine components and tooling. Once leveed, the mounts stay that way because they are durable, don't creep or wea out over time, and can be used again if the machine is relocated. Models are available for small tonnage zinc die cast machines up to the largest gigacasters. Die cast machines on Vibro/Dynamics Isolators don't walk even during e-stops because the unique Glide/Damping feature is engineered to dissipate horizontal forces.
