We supply thermal design services and thermal control equipment to the high pressure die casting industry.  Our mission is to help our die casting customers improve their productivity and profitability.  Good thermal design and control allows for the maximization of heat removal through die water cooling while allowing for minimization heat removal by spray.  The improved process condition allows the die caster to minimize cycle time and scrap.  Tool Life and uptime are also positively affected due to better thermal stability.
