Tabletop Exhibit Rates:Corporate Members: $2,000
Non-Corporate Members: $2,500
Exhibit rates include 10' x 10' booth space (pipe & drape, 6' skirted table & two chairs, company sign and waste basket) for tabletop exhibit, two Congress registrations and access to Transactions online. Electricity is not included. The ballroon hall is carpeted. The maximum amount of space a company is allowed to reserve is 10’x20’.
Rules and Regulations:Exhibit display is subject to NADCA review and approval. Exhibitor may be asked to provide additional information concerning exhibit. Exhibitor must have certificate of insurance. Neither NADCA nor the hotel is responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor's property. Exhibitor shall comply with all relevant local, state and federal ordinances, regulations, and codes, including fire, safety, and health regulations and the Americans with Disabilities Act, together with the rules and regulations of Baird Center. If the tradeshow is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of NADCA or the hotel, NADCA has no liability to the exhibitor except to refund payment received less a prorated share of tradeshow expenses incurred by NADCA. NADCA does not endorse any products or services promoted at this tradeshow. NADCA reserves the right to reassign booth space based on the overall good of the tradeshow.
Payment/Cancellation Policy:Full payment is due with signed contract. To qualify for the corporate member rate, an exhibitor must remain a corporate member, in good standing, from the date the contract is signed until the tradeshow. If an exhibitor does not maintain its corporate membership in good standing during the full period of the contract, the non-member rate will apply. If an exhibitor becomes a corporate member after the contract is signed, the corporate member rate will be applied. Any notice of cancellation must be in writing. If received by July 1, 2025, 50% of money paid will be refunded. If booth space is cancelled after July 1, 2025, all payments are non-refundable and may not be applied to other NADCA services.
